Job Responsibilities
As a Staff Data Analyst at Truecaller, you will:
- Deliver high-quality analytics for leadership and business units.
- Build robust data pipelines and dashboards to track KPIs.
- Collaborate across teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide strategic data recommendations to C-suite executives.
- Coach and mentor junior data analysts.
- Support regulatory reporting and drive data-informed decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong experience with Looker (preferred), QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience mentoring data analysts.
- Capability to work cross-functionally and deliver insights efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BigQuery or similar big data tools.
- Familiarity with data from mobile applications.
- Prior collaboration with C-level executives is a plus.
