Job Responsibilities
As a Product Analyst at Lokal, your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with product, tech, design, marketing, and research teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Creating automated dashboards and maintaining KPI tracking sheets.
- Conducting in-depth KPI trend analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and anomaly detection.
- Interpreting A/B tests and behavioral insights to optimize features and user experiences.
- Performing cohort analysis and driving retention strategies.
- Developing performance projections to support planning.
- Writing and validating clickstream event analytics for frontend tracking.
- Driving adoption tracking and post-launch evaluations of features.
- Optimizing funnels like onboarding or payments by identifying drop-off points.
- Addressing ad-hoc data requests efficiently.
- Exploring new analytics opportunities to boost engagement and revenue.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, subqueries, joins).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of product metrics, A/B testing, funnels, and user behavior.
- Experience with clickstream data and event tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to own the full data-to-action journey.
- Adaptability to new tools and a fast-paced startup environment.
