Job Responsibilities
As an Analytics Insights Analyst – Supervising Associate, you will:
- Collaborate with the Global Markets team to deliver data-driven strategic insights.
- Work on ROI analysis, growth opportunity analysis, and account portfolio reviews.
- Develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards with robust data models and RLS controls.
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Convert business questions into compelling analytical stories to support leadership decisions.
- Assist in automating reports, building interactive dashboards, and applying product management best practices.
- Own select strategic projects and serve as the analytics point of contact.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence roles
- Strong expertise in SQL and relational database management
- Proficiency in Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, data models, RLS)
- Ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders
- Strong visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience automating reporting pipelines
- Familiarity with other BI tools and interactive dashboard platforms
- Understanding of AI/ML methodologies or a willingness to upskill
- Background in product or project management frameworks
