Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating stakeholder needs into functional and technical outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and documenting functional specifications (“As-Is” and “To-Be”) using GPS (Global Process Structure)
- Organizing workshops to gather stakeholder requirements and drafting optimized business processes
- Translating business needs into user stories and clear deliverables for tech teams
- Mapping user stories to business KPIs and ensuring proper acceptance criteria are defined
- Collaborating with development teams to implement product features and measure success
- Supporting UAT, training sessions, and post-launch improvements
- Providing insights to enhance global process efficiency through data analysis
- Stepping into product or scrum roles temporarily when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience or understanding of Agile and Scrum environments
- Familiarity with GPS-based business process structures
- Ability to conduct workshops and synthesize business needs effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail in defining KPIs and acceptance criteria
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in UAT and user training
- Understanding of the banking and finance domain
- Previous exposure to global enterprise systems and integration needs
- Ability to support post go-live improvements and feedback loops
